It takes a village: Creating safe and equitable transportation
We believe the path to the best results is paved with empathy, inclusivity and collaboration. But when a company’s workforce extends across multiple time zones, it can be hard to find opportunities to build the relationships that drive innovation within teams and across departments. When we realized that our one annual May Days gathering wasn’t quite enough, we decided it was time to shake things up. We needed to cause some mayhem and that’s exactly what we did.
This year we celebrated our second annual Mayhem offsite with good food, a bit of spooky competition and plenty of team-building meetings and activities. Mayhem gave us the incredible opportunity to strengthen connections, get aligned on plans for the year ahead and then head home feeling pumped to conquer our shared goals.
We’re reimagining transportation by developing and deploying autonomous vehicles that get people where they need to go safely, easily and with a lot more fun. The people we work with are our greatest strength and Mayhem is a necessary piece of the puzzle to make sure we’re united. Thanks to that unity, we are doing great things together and improving mobility around the world.
